About the role
* Food preparation in line with recipes and instructions in a timely manner
* Managing prep levels and stock ordering
* Maintaining food health and safety standards and company policies and procedures
* Ensuring the quality and consistency is kept at highest possible standards
* Assisting in maintaining food and wage cost targets
* Contributing ideas while respecting Polish techniques and flavours
* Helping train, support and motivate junior chefs
* Supporting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Senior CDP ready to step up
* Strong work ethic, positive attitude and a team player
* Communication skills
* Effective time management and organisational skills
* Ability to work in a fast paced kitchen
* Appropriate Trade Qualifications
* Passion for food
