Drive Sales Growth and Strengthen Partnerships

As a key representative of your territory, you will drive sales growth by developing strong relationships with retail staff and store managers to achieve mutual goals. Through collaboration, training, and brand advocacy, you will bring consumers closer to our products.

* Develop strong relationships with retail staff and store managers to achieve mutual goals.
* Execute seasonal product launches, campaigns, and marketing initiatives in partner stores to maximize visibility and sell-through.
* Ensure premium in-store execution across merchandising, product layout, and stock levels to maintain brand standards.
* Train and inspire retail partners on product technologies, stories, and benefits to elevate their knowledge and selling confidence.
* Share field insights with teams on market trends, competitors, and store performance to inform commercial strategy.
* Functional:
* Build trusted partnerships with retail staff and managers across your territory.
* Oversee visual merchandising standards, stock levels, and product presentation to ensure a cohesive brand image.
* Deliver product knowledge sessions highlighting key innovations and benefits to retail partners.
* Act as the eyes and ears of the market, providing feedback on trends, competition, and consumer behavior to inform business decisions.
* Champion the brand by ensuring consistency in every retail touchpoint.
* Track and analyse store sales data to identify growth opportunities and risks, collaborating with internal teams to achieve account goals.
* Monitor and report on competitor activities and emerging retail trends to stay ahead of the competition.
* Provide actionable insights from the field to inform product and commercial strategy.
* Brand Advocacy & Training:
* Be a true brand ambassador, knowledgeable, authentic, and passionate about adidas products and values.
* Lead engaging product and brand training sessions to elevate retail partner expertise and drive sales growth.
* Strong interpersonal skills to build and sustain relationships with retail staff and managers.
* Commercial mindset with proven ability to influence sales performance and drive business growth.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in-person and virtual, to engage and educate retail partners.
* Solid understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and consumer behavior to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
* Self-motivated with strong organisational and time-management abilities to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Analytical thinker with confidence in interpreting data and translating insights into actions to drive business results.
* Passion for sports, lifestyle, and the adidas brand to embody our values and champion our products.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
* 2–4 years of experience in retail account management, field sales, or a related commercial role with a proven track record of driving sales growth and delivering against KPIs.
* Experience delivering training or product presentations to retail staff and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM tools.
* Flexibility to travel regularly within assigned territory to engage with retail partners and drive business results.
