We are seeking a seasoned educator to take on a leadership role in our early learning centre. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the educational experience for our children and driving business growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering our bespoke learning program, building and developing a talented team of educators, and working closely with families and communities to create a supportive and inclusive environment.

Requirements:
* A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards).
* Experience leading and managing change within education, health or community services.
* Experience delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage.
* Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.
