Lead Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned educator to take on a leadership role in our early learning centre. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the educational experience for our children and driving business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering our bespoke learning program, building and developing a talented team of educators, and working closely with families and communities to create a supportive and inclusive environment.

About Our Centre:

* We operate a purpose-built, integrated early learning centre that provides holistic support to local children and families.
* Our centre is located in a beautiful regional area, offering a peaceful lifestyle while staying connected to major cities.
* We have a modern 126-place centre, opened in 2020, conveniently situated next to a primary school.
* Our centre features spacious, light-filled rooms designed to foster growth and learning, including three nursery rooms, two toddler rooms, and two kinder rooms.
* We offer diverse programs, including kindergarten, playgroup, and maternal child health services, providing comprehensive community support.

Requirements:

* A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards).
* Experience leading and managing change within education, health or community services.
* Experience delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage.
* Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.
