Senior Director Sales - Technology Platforms
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director to lead our sales efforts in technology platforms and consulting services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong entrepreneurial mindset, tenacious approach, and proven ability to deliver results in competitive markets.
Key Responsibilities:
* New Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities in consulting services and technology platforms across key industries in the ANZ market.
* Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using campaigns, networking, and market intelligence.
* Create a planned structured sales strategy and organization in coordination with Country Head and Chief Sales Officer.
* Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, to meet and exceed revenue targets.
* Develop tailored proposals and negotiate high-value deals, demonstrating clear ROI to clients.
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
Requirements:
* Proven success in selling consulting and IT services to new business in ANZ market, ideally with exposure to the Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, or Utilities sectors.
* Experience with Data & AI platforms, and/or business transformation consulting with SAP, ServiceNow, Microsoft would be advantageous.
* Strong hunter mentality with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with experience engaging senior executives.
* Ability to analyze market trends and create tailored, high-value proposals.
