We're seeking a senior Engineering Leader to oversee client delivery for heavy industry and mining across NSW and nationally. This role pairs strategic technical leadership with hands-on execution to deliver safe, reliable, value-adding solutions for our mining and heavy industry clients, partnering with innovation and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
Define and execute a technical roadmap aligned with client needs and company strategy.
Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team; manage budgets, resources, and project portfolios.
Ensure safe, on-time, within-budget delivery; drive continuous improvement and modern delivery methods.
Translate complex technical outcomes into clear client value, support business development with industry stakeholders.
Represent the function at industry events and client engagements; cultivate long-term client relationships.
Qualifications and Experience
Engineering degree (bachelor's or trade based) in a relevant discipline.
Extensive senior engineering leadership experience in heavy industry and mining contexts.
Proven track record in technical strategy, client-focused delivery, and financial ownership.
Strong knowledge of mining, safety regulations, and quality management systems.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience turning insights into commercial offerings for key clients.

Casual Loading
