About the role
As Customer Service Officer, you will be the face of the branch. Historically referred to as Bank Teller, our Customer Service Officers are leading the way with our unique philosophy.
You will be given the training you need to do what you do best - help customers with transactions, educate them on our online platforms and tools, recommend the bank's products and services to help them achieve their financial goals.
Location: Community Bank Margate. Permanent, Part Time. Roster: 51 hours per fortnight, Monday - Friday.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a quick‐paced and wide‐ranging role, can help customers meet financial goals, and is comfortable working in a changing environment as we adapt to digitization and support customers with their digital literacy and online banking needs.
Requirements
* Extensive experience in a customer service environment
* Demonstrated competence in achieving consistent sales results
* Ability to confidently talk to customers face‐to‐face and over the telephone
* Eagerness to understand and share with others what makes our bank different
* Experience in the banking and finance industry – a plus but not essential
