**Role & Responsibilities**
Reporting to the Group Quality Assurance Manager & Operations manager you will be responsible for full auditing and reporting of company sites to ensure correct implementation of systems procedures & policies. Work with chefs, senior management, team leaders and staff to ensure food items are prepared, presented, and served as per company products specifications. This includes:
- HACCP Food safety Systems & Procedures
- OH&S Policies & procedures
- Auditing of implemented Standard Operating Procedures
- Internal Auditing, relative to GMP's & GHP's & compliance with internal and external GMP and policies
- Internal Auditing of documented Food Safety systems relative to the online SIMPLE Food Safety System roll out
- A clear and precise understanding of allergen control programs during receipt, storage, preparations, manufacturing, display and service of RTE products.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant contractual regulatory and legislative requirements
- Maintaining ISO 9001, HACCP, Global Standard for Food Safety, and applicable external customer standards
- Assist in the management of the Laboratory and Quality programs & making sure quality products are available to our customers at all times
- Assist in delivering & improving implement Quality Control programs
- Assist in the implementation and monitor Environmental Programs (Utilities Usages, Waste Streams, Site Water Management plans, Recycling Programs etc.) to seek continual improvement in Environmental Performance
**This opportunity requires travel on site locally and regular interstate to ensure company auditing requirements are met.**
**Qualification Requirements**
- Specific knowledge and understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and HACCP is also required. A Bachelor's Degree in another area or related field will be considered.
- Local Government environmental health officers ,EHO, Experience favourable
- Any additional certifications in the field of compliance will be favourably considered**.**
