This is a permanent part-time (0.6FTE) position commencing Term 3, 2026. Woodland Grove Primary School (PS) is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Technical Officer to join our friendly and collaborative team.

The Role
The Technical Support Officer maintains the school's Information and Communication Technology (ICT) systems and network, ensuring reliability and sustainability to enhance the learning environment.
The successful applicant will provide advice on technical issues, collaborate with administration to maintain and develop the network system, and identify priorities and meet deadlines. Additionally, they will provide technical advice and training to all users throughout the school site on various software applications and provide access to systems and resources.
The role requires a high degree of initiative and problem‐solving capabilities, as the applicant will be responsible for installation and ongoing maintenance of information systems and ICT equipment in accordance with school business needs and Department of Education policies. This includes maintaining accurate records of ICT assets and resources.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships, communicate effectively and work with a diverse range of people and professionals are highly advantageous.
