We’re looking for a results-driven and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance operations at our state-of-the-art Truganina manufacturing facility. The Opportunity Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead a high-performing team to deliver excellence in safety, maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement. You will oversee all aspects of preventative and reactive maintenance, cost control, and service delivery, while fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and team development. Your Responsibilities Lead the Maintenance team to achieve site safety, quality, production, and cost objectives. Oversee all preventative and reactive maintenance practices across the facility. Manage budgets, labour, and R&M spend to meet financial targets. Drive HSE compliance and champion a safety-first culture. Ensure plant reliability through effective maintenance systems and continuous improvement. Lead staff recruitment, development, and succession planning. Manage capital projects, equipment installations, and contractor performance. Partner with internal stakeholders and suppliers to deliver optimal operational outcomes. What You’ll Bring Proven leadership in maintenance management within manufacturing. Strong HSE knowledge and a commitment to safe work practices. Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and industrial relations matters. Ability to lead change and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Tertiary or trade qualifications in engineering or a related field. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
