Project Cost Controller Job Summary
This is a critical role that will support the delivery and commissioning of urban rail expansion projects by working closely with the Project Finance Manager within an Alliance environment.
Main Responsibilities:
* Review and endorse invoices
* Conduct account reconciliations
* Develop cost forecasts
* Analyze expenditures
* Prepare financial reports
In addition to core financial management, the successful candidate will contribute to broader project controls, including procurement, contract management, schedule tracking, and risk analysis.
Key Requirements:
* A relevant tertiary qualification in commerce, finance, accounting, or construction management
* Sound technical expertise in project controls and financial management
* Proven experience in project delivery within a construction or infrastructure environment
* Well-developed communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
