An exceptional opportunity is available for an experienced Lodge Manager to lead the day‐to‐day operations of a high‐end, remote luxury lodge in the Northern Territory. This role suits a confident, hands‐on hospitality leader who thrives in immersive environments, enjoys managing small teams, and is passionate about delivering unforgettable guest experiences.

The Role

The Lodge Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of lodge operations, guest experience, and team leadership. This is a highly visible, hands‐on role requiring strong operational capability, people leadership, and the ability to adapt in a remote environment.

* Overseeing daily lodge operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences
* Leading, mentoring, and supporting front‐of‐house, housekeeping, and kitchen teams
* Managing staffing, onboarding, training, and performance standards
* Overseeing administration, including stock control, ordering, scheduling, and reporting
* Providing hands‐on support across departments, including guest logistics and camp operations

Skills & Experience

* Proven experience as a Lodge Manager, Assistant Lodge Manager, or senior hospitality leader
* Strong background in guest experience and service‐led operations
* Confident in managing small teams in remote or standalone environments
* Sound administrative and organisational skills, including stock and rostering
* Manual driver's licence required; 4WD experience or willingness to learn
