Job Overview:
The Third Party Maintenance Contracts Manager role is a customer-facing position accountable for managing and supporting the delivery of O&M contracts.
This includes building strong relationships, developing budgets, leading contract renewals and new agreements, and collaborating with various teams.
This role requires experience in customer service, contract management, or field service in mining, resources, oil & gas, or heavy industry, as well as strong commercial and budget management skills.
The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree or trade qualification and knowledge of AS 2885, Australian Standards, and industry compliance requirements.
* Manage and support the delivery of O&M contracts
* Build strong customer relationships and deliver on expectations
* Develop and manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets, tracking performance against targets
* Lead contract renewals and new agreements, ensuring compliance with AS 2885, Australian Standards, and regulatory requirements
