Who We're Looking For
* Sous Chef – support the Head Chef, lead the brigade, and ensure consistent quality
* Chef de Partie – own your section, prep and execute dishes to high standards
* Commis Chef – support the team, develop skills, and grow in a fast‐paced environment
* Kitchen Porters – keep the kitchen running smoothly, maintain hygiene and assist with prep

* Experience in pub, bistro, or high‐volume kitchens
* Strong team ethic and positive attitude
* Passion for delivering great food and guest experiences
* Reliability and flexibility in a busy, fast‐paced kitchen
