We’re hiring:E-commerce Sales & Operations (B2B & B2C)
We’re 01Living — a design-led brand creating premium tea accessories and retail tea displays for tea brands and lifestyle retailers around the world.
We’re looking for a hands-on E-commerce Sales & Operations person to own and grow our online sales channels, with a strong focus on real sales results — not just traffic or posts.
This role will start on-site on the Gold Coast (Robina WOTSO / office-based), working closely with the founder. Some flexibility may be introduced over time, once trust and ways of working are established.
What you’ll be responsible for
• Manage and optimise our Shopify store (01living.com) — structure, listings, collections, and B2B enquiry flows• Set up and run our stores on Amazon, Etsy and Faire, ensuring consistent branding and pricing• Focus on B2B sales first — tea brands, buyers, retailers, hotels, restaurants and gift shops• Support B2C sales with clear, conversion-focused product pages• Handle day-to-day e-commerce operations (updates, coordination, basic problem-solving)• Track performance (sales, enquiries, conversion) and suggest improvements• Work closely with the founder to turn product and design strengths into clear online sales stories
You might be a great fit if you
• Have hands-on experience with Shopify (essential)• Understand how online sales actually convert — not just how to drive traffic• Are comfortable working across B2B and B2C• Care about design, brand and presentation• Are proactive, organised, and able to work independently without constant direction• Prefer being part of a small team where your work directly impacts growth
Experience with Amazon, Etsy or Faire is a strong plus.Chinese language skills are helpful but not required (you may communicate with our production team in China).
