What are we looking for?
We have a fantastic opportunity in our Epping office for a motivated Trainee Junior Legal Assistant to join our National Work & Road team. This role will have you supporting the Motor Vehicle Accidents team. This is a full time opportunity however we are open to hybrid work arrangement on completion of sufficient training.This role will have you responsible for providing one on one administrative support to our busy team, with ongoing training and development. Daily duties will include:
- File administration
- Diary management and arranging appointments
- Communicating with clients, insurers and other professionals
- Generating & editing correspondence
- Compiling court documents
What will you bring?- A diploma and/or experience in the legal field will be highly regarded but not essential.
- Experience in professional services or previous front of house reception experience preferred but not essential
- Experience with Microsoft office suite
- Exceptional communication and customer service
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
- A willingness to learn
