About the role
The Service Delivery Officer position promotes the delivery of support services by ensuring compliance with health care standards, person‑centered care and the achievement of participants' goals and objectives. The role is primarily based in our Cairns office but also involves community visits and support of our Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes.
