Focus Areas: Building new business relationships by identifying and engaging with decision-makers across new and existing organisations Consulting with clients to understand hiring needs and advising on the best talent solutions Sourcing and engaging candidates through networking, direct outreach, our database, and online platforms Managing the recruitment process end-to-end, from initial client briefing through to offer and placement Structuring your day effectively to achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics Collaborating with colleagues across the business to maximise cross-sell opportunities and deliver the best outcomes for clients and candidates Your Skillset: 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, business development, or a client-facing role Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders A commercial mindset and interest in business development Highly motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work towards targets Resilience, curiosity, and a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment We're equally open to ambitious sales professionals looking to transition into recruitment.
