We're looking for a driven and commercially minded Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to build a career in a high-performance environment where you'll learn how to develop client relationships, source top talent, and deliver real business impact. You'll work with organisations ranging from fast-growing SMEs to large corporates, helping them secure the talent they need while building a strong network of candidates and decision-makers. This role blends business development, consulting, and talent sourcing, giving you the foundations to build a successful long-term career in recruitment. Focus Areas: Building new business relationships by identifying and engaging with decision-makers across new and existing organisations Consulting with clients to understand hiring needs and advising on the best talent solutions Sourcing and engaging candidates through networking, direct outreach, our database, and online platforms Managing the recruitment process end-to-end, from initial client briefing through to offer and placement Structuring your day effectively to achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics Collaborating with colleagues across the business to maximise cross-sell opportunities and deliver the best outcomes for clients and candidates Your Skillset: 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, business development, or a client-facing role Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders A commercial mindset and interest in business development Highly motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work towards targets Resilience, curiosity, and a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment We're equally open to ambitious sales professionals looking to transition into recruitment.
