Finance Assistant – Part-Time | Hybrid | Geelong/Surf Coast

What You'll Be Doing
Working across Torquay Eye Care, GMHG Cafes, and S2 Adventure, you'll manage:
* Monthly reconciliations and financial reporting (Xero & Fathom)
* Weekly payroll and superannuation processing
* Accounts payable and expense management
* Shopify-to-Xero reconciliations for our retail business
* HR contract preparation and employment documentation
* WorkCover administration
The best part? You'll establish the systems and processes that make these tasks efficient. We're looking for someone who enjoys bringing order and improving workflows.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
* 5+ years accounting/bookkeeping experience
* Strong Xero skills (you use it daily)
* Shopify or e-commerce platform experience
* Accounting qualifications or equivalent experience
* Self-directed and comfortable working autonomously
Highly Desirable:
* Retail or hospitality sector experience
* Fathom reporting knowledge
* Creative problem-solver who enjoys process improvement
