As a junior member of the sales team, you will support daily operations & gain experience in:
* Assisting with uploading & coordinating open home times
* Assisting with marketing campaigns, social media posts, & property promotions
* Preparing listing documentation, contracts, forms & sales advices
* Handling incoming calls & messages with professionalism & care
* Maintaining databases, filing systems, & records
* Diary management, scheduling appointments & meetings
* Assisting with report collation & distribution
* Acting as the junior admin to support the team & keep the office running smoothly

Property Management Trainee
Working alongside senior property managers, you will gain practical experience in:
* Managing keys, assisting with lease preparation, & ensuring property compliance
* Scheduling & coordinating inspections & maintenance
* Supporting communication with tenants & property owners
* Maintaining databases, filing systems, & records
* Assisting with general administration & reporting
* Acting as the junior admin to support the team & keep property management operations running smoothly
