Standard insurance isn't enough for these clients. That's why we work exclusively with motor insurance brokers to help understand complex risks and develop tailored products.IQUW offers a hybrid working model that provides flexibility while fostering collaboration. Employees are expected to work in the office 3 days a week and remotely 2 days, with specific days coordinated within teams.The roleThe Delegated Authority (DA) Analyst plays a vital role in supporting the DA team with implementing IQUW’s Delegated Authority strategy effectively.The main purpose of this role is to provide administrative support for all third-party delegated authority arrangements within IQUW’s Syndicates 218 and 1856, ensuring compliance with the company's Delegated Authority Framework.Key responsibilitiesEnsure Underwriters are provided with appropriate services aligned with market and IQUW DUA framework, focusing on new coverholder applications and renewals.Manage bordereaux and support EPI monitoring, processing, and resolving related queries.Support the approval process for coverholders, service companies, lineslips, consortium arrangements, and DCAs, including due diligence and ongoing monitoring.Prepare performance reports and insights on IQUW’s delegated authority arrangements, discussing KPIs with underwriting teams.Coordinate audit planning and follow-up for coverholders, MGAs, service companies, and DCAs.Assist in reviewing lineslips, consortium, and master policies within IQUW.Support DA regulatory and Lloyd’s returns and ensure actions from thematic reviews are implemented.Build and maintain strong relationships with all business units, especially underwriting teams.Attend DUM forums and market seminars, providing summaries to senior staff.Provide administrative support for internal/external audits and other DA projects.Additional duties may be assigned as needed to meet business requirements.Qualifications, skills, and experienceAt least 2 years of experience in a Delegated Authorities administrative role within an insurance company, preferably Lloyd’s market.Attention to detail, strong due diligence, and investigative skills.Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.Outstanding organization and time management abilities.Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication at all levels.IT proficiency, including experience with Lloyd’s management systems such as DCOM, DAM, Lineage, Atlas, Crystal, DDM, and LWR.Advanced Excel skills.Core behavioral competenciesExcellent relationship-building skillsArticulate and numerateTeam playerEnthusiastic about learning and career development in delegated authoritiesProactiveOrganized with the ability to prioritize and deliver tasks timely
