This is a permanent day shift role in our Epping cement render plant. Responsibilities You will be multi-skilled and accountable for the day-to-day execution of the site Production Plan. Typically, you will rotate through each Render Operator position in the Production Roster, including preparation, manufacture and filling. The Render Operator sets the foundation for the site’s Safety and Quality performance. Their approach and actions are integral to the products and services we deliver to our customers and underpin the site’s “can do” mindset. Actively participate in site Continuous Improvement activities, as members of project teams or investigation/review participants. They contribute and help execute improvement ideas that increase site productivity, quality and safety.
