Job Summary
Support the training and development of the processing personnel across all aspects of our Leonora Operation.
Job Statement
We are seeking a Processing Team Trainer to support the training and development of the processing personnel across all aspects of our Leonora Operation.
This role is offered on 8 days on, 6 days off, 4 days on, 3 days off FIFO or DIDO - Local candidates are encouraged to apply.
The Opportunity:
• Scheduling and completing in-field and classroom training for processing personnel to ensure that all tasks are completed in adherence to the safe work instructions (SWls).
• Providing mentoring for new starters to the processing department.
• Managing the ongoing review and updating of safe work instructions (SWls) for the department to ensure they are up to date, and reflective of the safest and most efficient way of completing the task.
• Assist teams in completing Processing Technician Competency Framework and Career Advancement Planning.
• Complete the planning and execution of isolations and permits for shutdown activities.
We're excited to hear from you if you have:
* Current C Class drivers licence
* HR driver's license is desirable
* Experience in a processing plant environment or similar
* Cert 4 Training & Assessment is desirable but not essential
* Strong communication skills, including communicating with people from different backgrounds and cultures
* Ability to work to tight deadlines on multiple tasks
* High level of enthusiasm for the work with high performance goals
