The Role
As our Quality and Excellence Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that our services not only meet but exceed standards, delivering exceptional, client-centred care and support. As a key member of our Leadership Team, you will play a pivotal role in embedding a culture of safety, service excellence, and continuous improvement, driving outcomes that truly matter to our clients.
Responsibilities
* Ensure our service delivery is always exceptional, focused on achieving the goals of our clients
* Champion a culture of quality, agility and excellence across our organisation
* Provide agile, hands‐on guidance to continuously improve quality outcomes through pragmatic and solution‐oriented approaches
* Partner closely with all teams to support clients in achieving their goals
What we are looking for
* A leader with a 'Caring Heart and Commercial Mind' who combines drive, calm, and pragmatism
* Deep expertise and a proven track record in achieving strong quality outcomes in Disability and/or Aged Care Sector
* Experience in leading innovative quality improvement initiatives and assessing practices against standards and organisational policies
* A cooperative mindset, able to work effectively across teams to drive quality and service excellence
* The ability to stay agile in a rapid‐paced environment, always focused on solutions and outcomes
