Lilley Media is seeking a full-time Content Manager to handle the day-to-day creation, design, scheduling and publishing of social content for our clients across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and more .

If you're confident in Adobe and Canva, have at least one year's experience in content or social media roles, and want to grow with a young, energetic team you'll thrive here.

You'll work closely with our leadership team and account managers to deliver consistent, high-quality content that supports our clients' marketing goals.


About the Role

You will be responsible for the ongoing creative and content production across our client portfolio, including:

* Designing social media graphic assets using Adobe Suite and Canva
* Editing short‑form content and adapting creative across platforms
* Scheduling, posting and managing content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X etc.
* Repurposing and refreshing existing content for campaigns
* Maintaining structured content calendars for multiple clients
* Preparing visual assets for social campaigns and ad creative
* Basic caption writing within brand tone and guidelines
* Managing brand consistency across all creative outputs
* Supporting campaign reporting and internal creative workflows

This is a hands‑on creative execution role. We provide clear direction, brand guidelines and support, while you bring the energy and consistency.


About You

You'll be a great fit if you are:

* Young, energetic and ready to grow in a fast‑paced marketing environment
* Experienced in social content creation (minimum 1 year required )
* Skilled with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, plus Canva
* Comfortable planning, scheduling and publishing content across major platforms
* Confident producing polished social graphics and layouts
* A strong communicator with great attention to detail
* Organised, reliable and able to follow systems and processes
* Open to feedback, proactive and always looking to improve
* Able to manage your time well in a remote work environment
* A qualification in graphic design, communications or marketing is helpful but not essential. Portfolio quality matters most to us .
