* Play a key leadership role in safety, quality and excellence across the site
* Drive continuous improvement, cost optimisation and operational performance

Located at our Capalaba site and reporting to the Operations Manager, we are looking for a proactive and passionate Warehouse & Distribution Manager to lead a team, oversee all warehouse, distribution and repack operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery across the Supply Chain function.

Purpose of the Role

* Provide strong, constructive and inclusive leadership across the warehouse and distribution teams
* Drive high standards in HSE performance, risk management and safety culture
* Ensure all product handling, loading and distribution activities meet service level, compliance and quality standards
* Lead labour planning, rostering and resource allocation to meet production and customer demand
* Oversee compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR), GMP, food safety and audit requirements
* Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimise cost, efficiency, and system performance
* Manage operating budgets, labour hours, stock losses and financial performance
* Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams including Customer Service, Production, Safety, Quality, Finance and HR stakeholders
* Maintain an audit‑ready warehouse environment and ensure effective housekeeping and site standards

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

* 5+ years of experience in FMCG warehousing, distribution or transport management
* Proven leadership capability with experience driving team engagement, performance and cultural change
* Strong working knowledge of SAP, Excel and core MS Office tools
* Deep understanding of GMP, food safety would be beneficial
* Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills
