The Role
Embed into a fully resourced site team (PM, SM, CAs, Foremen, Safety Advisor) and strengthen delivery across both structure and finishes.
As the second beachfront project commences, you'll take ownership of structure from in-ground works through basement, tower progression, and topping out.
You'll work closely with senior site leadership to maintain programme discipline, subcontractor accountability, and uncompromising QA standards across both projects.

Responsibilities
* Plan, supervise, and coordinate site activities across structure and finishes
* Lead basement works including piling, retention systems, waterproofing, and concrete
* Manage structure progression through tower levels
* Coordinate overlapping structure and fit-out stages without conflict
* Drive short-term programming and maintain disciplined site documentation
* Enforce safety systems and foster a safety-first culture
* Manage subcontractor performance, accountability, and quality outcomes
* Approve subcontractor payment claims
* Maintain accurate daily site records, photos, and diaries
* Ensure detail accuracy against drawings and uphold premium QA standards
You
* Minimum 5+ years as a Foreman / Site Supervisor on 10+ level multi-residential projects
* Proven experience running structure from in-ground works through topping out
* Strong trade background (carpentry or formwork preferred)
* Comfortable working across both structure and finishes stages
* Experience within Tier 1, Tier 2, and/or developer-builder environments
* Strong subcontractor management capability
* Disciplined with programming and documentation (Procore or similar preferred)
* Gold Coast based (or already relocating to the region)
* Accountable, team-first, no ego, high standards
