We are seeking a talented professional to join our Joint Replacement team in Perth, Australia, on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The Robotics Product Specialist will play a critical role in supporting robotic-assisted orthopedic surgery across Western Australia.
This is a hands-on, theatre-based role that combines technical expertise, clinical support, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
* Clinical Support: Provide technical assistance during Mako robotic-assisted procedures, ensuring optimal system performance and surgeon confidence.
* Case Planning: Assist with pre-operative planning and ensure accurate data integration for surgical cases.
* Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize disruption during procedures.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with surgeons, hospital administrators, and clinical teams to drive adoption and satisfaction.
* Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on product advancements and share best practices to enhance surgical outcomes.
* Training & Education: Deliver comprehensive training to surgeons, nurses, and hospital staff on Mako technology and workflows.
Requirements
* Background in healthcare, biomedical engineering, or related field.
* At least 2 years of working experience.
