The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will take ownership of the national business development strategy – from design to execution. Your mission: drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing and securing high‑value opportunities that align with the company's long‑term vision.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a strategic national business development plan
* Identify and secure new revenue streams and profitable partnerships
* Achieve and exceed sales targets aligned with growth objectives
* Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis
* Maintain accurate client records and sales reporting
* Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions and industry events
* Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Lead negotiations and close deals with confidence and professionalism
* Ensure all sales activities reflect company values and strategic goals
Ideal Profile
You're a driven sales professional with a proven track record in B2B consultative selling – ideally within Aged Care, Hospitality, or aligned industries (e.g. Healthcare). You thrive in fast‑paced and time‑critical environments, build trust effortlessly, and consistently deliver results.

* Willingness to travel across Melbourne, regional Victoria, and occasionally interstate
* Physical capacity to sit or stand for extended periods as required
