We're seeking a skilled Finance Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Key Responsibilities Lead full lifecycle delivery of Dynamics 365 Business Central, from scoping and solution design through to go-live and post-implementation support Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, risk registers, and budgets Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors/consultants Manage configuration, data migration, testing, training, UAT, and cutover activities Capture and translate business requirements into system and process improvements Drive change management and stakeholder engagement across the finance function Monitor scope, risks and milestones to ensure timely, on-budget delivery Support post-go-live hyper-care and continuous improvement initiatives Produce clear project documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams About You Proven experience leading finance system implementations (Dynamics 365 or similar ERP) Strong understanding of finance processes, systems and controls Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Solid project management capability, with experience managing external vendors Change management experience and the ability to influence at all levels Formal PM qualifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) are desirable Exposure to the NFP, health or community sector is a plus What’s on Offer A rewarding role delivering real impact in a supportive organisation Collaborative culture with passionate and values-driven colleagues Competitive salary package and flexible working arrangements 12-month fixed term contract with potential for extension Apply now to lead a high-impact finance transformation project and be part of something meaningful.
