START ASAP. Male DISABILITY Support Worker - Casual
We are currently seeking a dedicated DISABILITY Support Worker to support an NDIS participant with day-to-day living and community access support start at 15-20 hrs with a potential to grow more. Please apply if you can start next week.
About the Role:
You will be supporting a male client who requires assistance with daily activities and engaging in the community. This role requires someone reliable, patient, and committed to building a consistent and supportive relationship.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with day-to-day personal and domestic tasks
2. Support community access and social engagement
3. Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation
4. Assist with daily medication charting and reminders
5. Accompany client to GP and other appointments if needed
Requirements (Essential):
1. Male support worker (client preference)
2. All NDIS compliance documents ready, including:
------- NDIS Worker Screening Check
------- Working With Children Check (if applicable)
------- First Aid & CPR Certificate
------- Police Check
3. Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle

Someone dependable who can commit long-term to the client
Compassionate, respectful, and proactive attitude
Experience in disability support (preferred but not essential)
