Job Opportunity
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounting professional to support our financial operations during the pre-opening phase, soft opening, and ongoing day-to-day business.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage accounts receivable using Opera PMS (billing, posting, debt follow-up)
* Support payroll processing and compliance
* Handle accounts payable: invoice processing, supplier reconciliations & payments
* Assist with purchasing via Purchase Plus
* Prepare month-end journals, reconciliations & reporting
* Maintain documentation and support audit/compliance requirements
Qualifications:
* 2–3 years' experience in a similar accounting role, ideally within hospitality
* Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll and General Ledger
* Experience using Opera PMS and/or Purchase Plus (ideal but not essential)
* Intermediate–advanced Microsoft Excel skills
* High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
* Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise
* Clear communicator with a proactive, solution-focused approach
* Full, unrestricted Australian working rights
