What a Typical Day Looks Like
- Lead the preparation and cooking of meals for residents, ensuring high-quality food is served.
- Collaborate with the Chef Manager to plan menus catering to dietary requirements, preferences, and cultural needs.
- Oversee kitchen operations, including stock control, waste management, and food safety protocols.
- Ensure meals are presented beautifully and in line with food safety standards.
- Work closely with kitchen staff, providing training and guidance as needed.

What You/u2019ll Bring
- Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in a similar role, particularly within aged care or hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP food safety standards.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
