Enterprise Rent-A-Car is seeking part-time Rental Sales Officers to join our Townsville Airport team. The position will be part of a rotating roster, that includes working weekends. Car rental experience is not required; any applicant with a customer service or retail sales background should apply
About the role
Primary responsibilities include:
* Customer Service at our Car Rental Counter
* Handle bookings and all customer phone enquiries
* Checking & cleaning/washing (exterior/interior) of vehicles before and on return of rentals
* Cross-sales

All applicants must hold a valid Driver's Licence. The successful applicant will also be required to submit a Traffic History before commencement.
