The Role
The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for the recruitment, training, motivation and management of your sales team (no less than 5 to begin with). They will work within a proven sales process and the business will be able to provide them with ample warm, inbound leads.
You will work with Managing Director and collaborate with other departments across the business as well as external stakeholders and service providers.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share.
* Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and guidance to ensure success.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
* Analyse market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and maximise sales opportunities.
* Prepare and present reports and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
* Have outstanding contacts in the ranks of suitable sales professionals.
* Be able to work within a proven, disciplined sales process.
* Be a proven, outstanding manager.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Critical thinker and attention to detail.
* Self-starter who is proactive and ambitious.
* Ability to analyse data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
* Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools.

* Salary range - $110k - $130k (including super) plus commission, commensurate with experience. OTE $200k.
