* End-to-end portfolio management
* Routine and outgoing inspections
* Maintenance coordination and landlord communication
* Lease renewals and compliance management
* Working with modern property management systems

* Minimum 6 months' experience in Property Management
* Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Licence
