THE POSITION
We currently have multiple positions available working on a rotating roster across a number of sites around Adelaide City.The role is suited to versatile applicants who demonstrate a high level of customer service and are capable of providing support to the Operations Team across our dynamic and expanding portfolio.
Following appropriate induction and training the appointee will:
* Maintaining the operation of car parks at client sites;
* Ensuring that our high customer service standards are maintained;
* Problem resolution and reporting;
* Ensuring the car parks are tidy and presentable;
* Liaising closely with key internal and external stakeholders; and
* Monitoring and reporting on car park performance.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Your friendly and hardworking nature will play a major role in your success. To be successful in this role you will:
* Genuine passion for providing excellent customer service (previous customer service experience ideally in retail, hospitality or other service industries would be advantageous);
* Ability to communicate well with customers in person and on the telephone; and ability to communicate well with supervisors
* Professional personal presentation;
* Abilityto work independently and as part of a team;
* Willingness to learn and grow with the company;
* Ability to be flexible and available to work early morning, afternoon shifts, overnight and weekends;
* Full driver licence is preferable.
* Technical skills as the role requires fixing car park equipment (training will be provided)
* Ability to manage competing priorities
Candidates will be required to complete a national police check.
