The Sales Communications & Engagement Manager is responsible for executing a creative and inspirational field communications & engagement strategy. They support our sales leadership team to utilise communication touchpoints effectively to maximise business outcomes. The Sales Communications & Engagement Manager also contributes to the development, implementation and embedding of projects and campaigns that optimise sales results.
It is critical that the Sales Communications & Engagement Manager works collaboratively with the Executive Manager - Sales, the State Manager team and the Learning and Development Manager to ensure that successful outcomes are achieved for all field-relevant initiatives.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Establishes a transformative communication environment that maximises the direct sales model
- Designs a monthly field engagement program across all channels that supports current initiatives and anticipates future needs
- Collaborates with the field leadership team to deliver communication effectively and maximise sales outcomes
- Supports the development of communication skills within the sales leadership team through observation & feedback
- Contributes ideas and strategic suggestions to field projects, with a focus on continuous improvement and long-term results
- Liaises with the Marketing team to develop creative and inspirational resources to support the field engagement strategy for campaigns and incentives
- In collaboration with stakeholders leads field rollout of campaigns & incentives
- Analyses success of campaigns & incentives and liaises with field leadership team to optimise outcomes
- Engages with and influences stakeholders to create "buy in"
- Leads an engagement strategy that streamlines field communication, incorporates inspirational storytelling and maximises leadership interactions
- Analyses and reports on key engagement touchpoints
**Experience**:
- Qualifications in business, or and communications preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years previous experience in a similar senior Sales, Communications or Engagement role
- Experience in direct sales industry advantageous
- Measurable success in supporting sales growth through transformative communication
- Proven experience in leading an inspiring communication strategy across multiple platforms to enable sales outcomes and maximise engagement
- Demonstrated ability to inspire hearts and minds through storytelling
- Proven experience in project management, implementation and change leadership
- Strong engagement skills, including liaising across an organisation to generate ideas and achieve buy-in, including at a senior level
- Excellent leadership experience and demonstrated capacity to engage remotely
- Passion for collaboration and developing others
