Dormway is seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to join our Sunshine Coast team. This hands-on role will lead the delivery of our corporate facilities development, including the construction of our new office, as well as other strategic projects outside our core civil operations.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will oversee projects from commencement through to completion, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and program performance are achieved at every stage.
You will be responsible for coordinating daily site operations, managing trades and subcontractors, supervising construction activities, and driving successful project delivery in line with company standards and expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise construction activities across industrial and commercial projects
* Coordinate subcontractors, trades, suppliers, and site deliveries
* Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
* Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control
* Enforce WHS compliance and foster a strong safety culture
* Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
* Monitor construction programs and proactively manage risks, delays, and issues
* Complete all required site documentation, reporting, and compliance records
About You
This opportunity is suited to a self-driven and capable Site Supervisor who takes ownership of project outcomes and leads from the front.
You will bring:
* QBCC Medium Rise Licence (preferred but not mandatory)
* Demonstrated experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager
* Strong knowledge of industrial and commercial construction processes
* Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
* Proven leadership and communication skills
* Strong organisational and problem-solving capability
* Current White Card
* Willingness to assist trades and undertake hands-on tasks where required
* Australian work rights
* Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
