We are seeking a leader to provide on-site guidance and ensure safe, structured, and therapeutic daily operations in our multidisciplinary team. Reporting to the Justice & Community Manager, you will coordinate daily routines and programs, maintain a positive, accountable, recovery-focused environment, and guide staff in achieving these objectives.

This leadership position plays a crucial role in ensuring the daily operations of the community run smoothly and effectively. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals in need. Your expertise and experience will be essential in guiding staff, developing programs, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support staff in achieving program goals and objectives
* Coordinate daily routines and activities, including groups, meetings, roles, and resident schedules
* Respond to incidents and manage safety protocols, including drug/alcohol testing and medication procedures
* Guide clinical and operational quality, including case notes, CMS data, handovers, and audits
Required Qualifications and Skills
* Qualification or equivalent experience in AOD, Mental Health, Social Work, Psychology, or related discipline
* Demonstrated experience leading or supervising staff
* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
* Confidence working with complex behaviors and structured program models
