About the OpportunityAltiorem provides construction project management and administration services to small and medium construction businesses across Queensland. They work closely with their clients' operations — handling the coordination, documentation, scheduling, and reporting that keeps projects running smoothly — backed by their own purpose-built platform.
The RoleYou'll be the central point of awareness across a portfolio of active construction projects. This is a coordination-first role — you don't need to be on the tools, but you need to know every project inside out. If something is slipping, you'll catch it. If something needs actioning, you'll get it moving.
What You'll DoMonitor a live portfolio of small-to-medium construction projects and keep all records currentManage contracts, variations, and RFIs — preparing, tracking, and following through to resolutionTrack timelines, flag scheduling conflicts, and coordinate crew, equipment, and subcontractor availabilityManage purchase orders, track project costs, and escalate budget concerns earlyPrepare and maintain project documentation — CANs, SWMSs, drawings, quality and compliance recordsOversee crew planning and timecard review and authorisationPrepare job reports, invoices (via Xero), and daily/weekly performance summariesManage client-facing communications around quotes, variations, RFIs, and project updates
