Job Title: Occupational Health Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our team as an Occupational Health Specialist on a permanent part-time basis.
Main Responsibilities:
* Conduct occupational health assessments including pre-employment medicals, audiometry, spirometry, ECGs, drug screening, functional capacity assessments, and fitness testing.
* Provide timely and accurate reporting.
* Maintain high compliance and observation of privacy acts.
* Carry out worker health checks.
* Manage general administration duties.
* Monitor and maintain stock levels & equipment.
* Develop and implement health and wellness projects, initiatives, training, and promotion.
* Contribute to client relationship management, continuous improvement, and business growth initiatives.
* Pledge commitment and compliance to our strong safety culture.
Requirements:
* Qualifications in nursing with relevant postgraduate experience.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work accurately under pressure.
* Awareness of current OH legislation and regulations.
