The OpportunityCalling all heroes (immediately available accountants).... We're working with a leading Western Australian not-for-profit aged care provider to recruit a FP&A/Management Accountant supporting their Residential Aged Care operations.
This is a broad, hands‐on role combining financial planning, management reporting, and stakeholder partnering. You'll play a key role in delivering accurate financial insights, supporting operational decision‐making, and ensuring strong financial control across the residential portfolio.
Core Technical Brief (no fluff):
* Monthly P&L reviews and variance analysis
* Annual budget and forecast ownership
* Reforecasting
* Quarterly and annual financial reporting input
* Journal posting and reconciliations
* Stakeholder query resolution and monthly results presentation.
Needed:
* Strong budgeting / forecasting / monthly reporting experience
* Proven stakeholder engagement with non-finance managers
* Comfort in a regulated, process-heavy environment
* Strong systems capability
* Ideally healthcare, aged care, NFP, government, or similarly compliance-heavy sectors.
An Ideal Candidate will Poses:
* 3–8+ years in management accounting / FP&A / commercial finance
* Monthly pack ownership
* Budget and forecast cycles
* Variance commentary
* Operational stakeholder partnering
* Exposure to healthcare, aged care, NFP, government, education, or services
* CA/CPA qualified or close to it.
