About the Opportunity:
As Romilly Place continues to grow, Champagne Recruitment is searching for an organised, proactive, and people-focused Operations Coordinator to join their passionate team. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless support for both participants and staff, while contributing to a positive and inclusive community. Seeking candidates open to either a part-time or full-time work capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
Workforce & Rostering:
· Coordinate rosters for disability support workers across multiple sites and participants.
· Monitor attendance, reliability, and compliance, ensuring consistent coverage and quality support.
· Participate in the on-call roster for shift changes and urgent needs.
· Maintain up-to-date records, certifications, and training documentation.
· Support recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new support workers.
Administrative Support:
· Assist with policy development and company documentation.
· Facilitate internal communication and workflow.
· Manage filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
Operational & Compliance Support:
· Support participant onboarding, ensuring all documentation and compliance obligations are met.
· Address accommodation needs and assist with maintenance requests.
· Prepare and maintain electronic charts, forms, and compliance documents.
· Contribute to continuous improvement and collaborate with participants, families, and support workers.
· Apply knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards to all processes.
About You:
You are experienced in workforce coordination within the disability, health, or community services sector, and bring strong organisational and record-keeping skills. You thrive in a fast-paced, people-centred environment and are passionate about making a difference.
We're looking for someone who is:

* Calm and solutions-focused under pressure.
* Confident in communicating with staff, participants, families, and stakeholders.
* Skilled in systems and Microsoft Office.
* Capable of managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines.
* Reliable, professional, and committed to quality service delivery.
* Experienced in rostering/scheduling in a NDIS setting.
Qualifications & Essential Requirements:
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain)
* Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)
* Experience in a NDIS setting
* Current Driver's License
* Knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards (highly regarded)
* Prior experience in rostering/scheduling in a NDIS setting (highly regarded)
