We are currently seeking a New Car Sales Consultant - Trainee to join our growing team at Southgate GWM. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end vehicle sales process and for creating an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities include:
Initiating and maintaining strong and valuable relationships with customers
Determining customer requirements and advising on suitable vehicle models
Showing vehicles and arranging test drives with customers
Taking sale orders and preparing the contract of sale and any other relevant paperwork
Preparing the vehicle for delivery, including booking fitment of aftermarket products and accessories
Maintaining a high level of product and industry knowledge
Maintaining a high level of customer service so that the GWM Customer Service Index benchmarks are surpassed at all times.
