About the role As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of commercial fuel infrastructure projects — from initial planning through to final delivery. You will work closely with both new and existing customers to manage the design and execution of tailored fuel system solutions, including Fuel Management Systems, Pumps and Metering equipment, Bowsers and Dispensers, Storage Tanks, and associated pipework. Your role will involve ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. A background in a trade such as mechanical, boilermaker or pipefitter would be highly beneficial, as you’ll be translating technical build specifications into practical outcomes for the installation team in our workshop and also on site(s). What you'll be doing Project Management: Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets. Documentation: Prepare, manage & submit project documentation, including reports, project plans, technical data sheets, RFI’s and handover documents. Communication: Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project alignment and progress. Tracking & Reporting: Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Conduct regular reviews, addressing any issues promptly. Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications, by implementing strict quality control measures throughout the project life cycle. Risk Management: Identify and report potential project risks and issues, helping to develop mitigation strategies. Support Tools: Utilise project management tools and software to track and report on project progress and performance.
