This one sits right in the heart of innovation, where consumer behaviours, category performance and commercial decisions come together to shape what gets developed, launched and scaled. We’re looking for a Consumer & Category Insights Analyst who is curious about why people buy what they buy, confident working with data, and motivated by seeing insights turn into real products on shelves! We’re proud of our inclusive, family‑values culture where people are supported to succeed. Why this role is different This isn’t a back-office analytics role. You’ll partner closely with our NPD team and commercial stakeholders, helping answer questions like: What are consumers gravitating towards and why? How do we turn data into clear, confident decisions? Your insights won’t sit in spreadsheets. They’ll shape innovation pipelines, strengthen business cases, and influence what we bring to the market. What you’ll be doing Analysing consumer, customer and category data to uncover trends and opportunities Supporting new product development with evidence‑based recommendations Monitoring competitors and category performance Translating complex data into clear, compelling stories Partnering across Sales, Operations, Finance and Quality Improving data quality, governance and reporting processes What we’re looking for Experience in consumer insights, category or commercial analytics (FMCG / food manufacturing ideal) Strong capability working with multiple data sources Proven Power BI and data visualisation experience Ability to translate data into actionable insight Comfortable working with cross‑functional stakeholders A genuine interest in consumer behaviour and category dynamics Why Join us?
