About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key connection between our customers and workshop team, ensuring a smooth, professional and friendly service experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcoming customers and managing service bookings
* Providing clear advice on servicing and maintenance
* Liaising with technicians to ensure work is completed accurately and on time
* Keeping customers informed throughout the day
* Preparing job cards, invoices and maintaining accurate records
* Managing service check-outs and payments
* Assisting with warranty claims and service concerns
* Previous Service Advisor experience (preferred but not essential)
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Automotive or dealership experience (advantageous)
* Great time management and multitasking ability
* Positive, solutions-focused attitude
