About The Landings
LDK Seniors' Living's luxury village, The Landings, is sprawled over 11.87-hectares in North Turramurra, on Sydney's upper north shore. The village neighbours the Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park, is near Lady Davidson Private Hospital, and is a short drive to the North Turramurra golf course, bowling club, cafes and shops. The Landings comprises 220 architecturally designed one, two and three-bedroom villas and apartments. LDK creates a true sense of belonging, community, and vibrancy for residents through a variety of group activities and hospitality events. On-site facilities include an arts and craft room, gymnasium and heated indoor pool. The clubhouse amenities include The Hangar Cafe & Bar, a fireplace lounge area, a pool room, a dedicated theatre space, and a 200-seat function space.
About the Role
We are excited to introduce a
new Senior Registered Nurse (SRN) role
at the village. As residents' needs become more complex, these roles will provide greater clinical oversight, leadership and support for both residents and staff.
There are
four part-time positions available
:
Sunday, Monday & Tuesday – 6:30am to 3:00pm
Sunday, Monday & Tuesday – 2:30pm to 11:00pm
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday – 6:30am to 3:00pm
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday – 2:30pm to 11:00pm
Role Responsibilities
Supervise and support the care team in delivering safe, person-centred clinical care.
Provide hands-on leadership in areas such as medication management, wound care, chronic disease management and palliative care.
Collaborate with GPs, allied health professionals, pharmacies and pathology services to ensure timely and accurate care delivery.
Champion dementia care and holistic, evidence-based practices that promote independence, dignity and wellbeing.
Act as the most senior person on site outside of business hours, taking the lead in responding to events such as fire alarms, power outages, lift failures or water leaks, and escalating appropriately.
Mentor, educate and develop RNs, ENs and PCAs, ensuring high standards of clinical practice.
Role model accurate documentation and adherence to aged care quality standards, policies and regulations.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills
Current and annual
AHPRA registration
as a Registered Nurse (essential).
At least
5 years' nursing experience
, ideally with aged care or community care exposure.
Leadership or supervisory experience (highly desirable).
Strong clinical competence in wound care, medication management, chronic disease and/or palliative care.
Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
Confident using technology to support care systems.
Committed to person-centred care, safety and continuous improvement.
