Our client is a well-established and growing residential construction company with a strong pipeline of work across North and South Brisbane. Due to continued growth, they are seeking motivated Supervisor / Estimators to join their team.
This opportunity would suit experienced construction professionals or those looking to step up into a supervisory or estimating role with the right support and training.
About the Role Depending on your experience, duties may include:
* Supervising residential construction projects from start to completion
* Preparing estimates, take-offs, and costings
* Coordinating trades, suppliers, and site schedules
* Ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with QBCC and WHS requirements
* Liaising with clients, management, and internal teams
* Monitoring timelines and budgets
About You To be considered, you must have:
* A QBCC licence or a Certificate IV in Building and Construction
The following is highly regarded:
* A carpentry background or strong on-site construction experience
* Experience in residential building or renovations
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A proactive and reliable work ethic
