We are on the hunt for an **Audio Producer** to work in our in-house sound studio, running voice over sessions and mixing audio for Radio, Television, TV and Online to deliver high quality production that inspires our audiences.

As the newest member of our growing team, the **Audio Producer** will be responsible for our in-house recordings, setting up the studio, running the sessions, and mixing the final audio for publishing across a range of mediums. You'll be working inside a growing production team, collaborating closely with the wider creative team and agency overall. When you're not in the studio, you may find yourself on set assisting with location sound, or supporting the production team in other capacities as required.

**Responsibilities**:
In this role you will:
- Receive briefs and assist in scheduling studio time for voice sessions.
- Assess production requirements for projects and request additional information or working files as required.
- Record voice over sessions, facilitating playback in client sessions.
- Mix and master audio for a variety of mediums including Radio, TV, Film and Online.
- Understand the tone and feel of our clients' brand and assist in recommending suitable music selections and other post production touches.
- Complete post production mixes on projects produced by our wider production team, including TVCs, case studies, animations and other online videos.
- A basic level of sound design is desirable, but not essential.
- Assist on set with location sound from time to time.
- Support the wider production team as required if the sound studio is quiet.
- Maintain a well organised studio archiving system.
- Maintain studio equipment and keep Pro Tools and plugins up to date.
**Requirements**:
- A recognised qualification in Audio Engineering & Sound Production, or equivalent experience
- Industry hands-on experience highly desirable.
- High attention to detail, laser clean editing and an ear for quality.
- A calm temperament and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. There's no problem you can't fix.
- Strong communication skills and a team player.
